QURC is an Amsterdam based fashion label founded in 2019. We experienced a big gap between environmentally aware brands and the established order. We felt compelled to come up with a sustainable and high-quality alternative to challenge the status quo. We now intend to create high quality everyday sneakers from sustainable and vegan materials only.

Profile

We are currently seeking a Sales Advisor to join our brand store team for a part-time position (12-20 hours per week). As a Sales Advisor, you will play a vital role in assisting our customers and providing an exceptional shopping experience. You will promote our innovative vegan sneakers, share our brand story, and contribute to our mission of creating a more sustainable future.

Tasks

  • Assist customers in-store with product selection, sizing, and styling advice.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Stay knowledgeable about our products, materials, and brand values.
  • Contribute to visual merchandising and store displays.
  • Support with inventory management and stock 

Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passionate about sustainable fashion and vegan products.
  • A progressive and positive mindset.
  • Skills such as multitasking, managing information and creativity.
  • Well-organised, communicative and eager to contribute to team success.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
